Darragh Lynch’s Swimming Comeback

Darragh Lynch’s Swimming Comeback

Posted 03/09/19

Darragh Lynch (SX) broke his two elbows during the Junior Cert and was told he had no chance of swimming in the Leinster Championships later in the summer. He refused to listen and trained as hard as he could in order to compete. He recovered and ended up placing 3rd in the National Championships 200m Fly. His performance in the Nationals earned him a place on the Leinster Development Squad of which he was notified by Swim Ireland. Well done to Darragh!
