Grammar retreats begin with a guided tour around the remains of the monastery in Glendalough. This tour gives the students an opportunity to explore the history of Christianity in Ireland and how it influences our faith today. After the tour the students take part in a ‘walk’ where they can experience what it is like to walk in another person footsteps.
The retreat day finishes with a river walk and mediation.
